• I want to create a Net Promoter Score form using a rating from 0 to 10

  Based on the given rating I want to use a form collapse to trigger further questions.

  Problem:

  I have tried to create the rating with a matrix (11 coloums), but I am not able to use the rating in the conditions to show/hide the further questions.

  Q1: Is there a way to use a matrix to trigger conditions?

  Q2: Is it possible to change the lowest rating in a scale rating from 1 to 0?

  Thanks for contacting us here in forum. With regards to your questions:

  Question 1: Unfortunately, it is not possible to set conditional RULE in our matrix field.

  Question 2. Do you mean, 10 to 0? That is possible only when embedding your form full source codes (How to get your Form Source Code) and change the order from the given codes.

  What I need, is a scale starting with 0 and ending with 10.

  Q1: what do I have to modify - which file?

  Q2: how do I modify the scale?

  Q2: once I have modified it, what is the next step (re-upload what & where)?

• Question 1 & 2: The form full source codes: How to get your Form Source Code. After you get the source codes, place it on notepad or any text editor. Find the scale rating on the source and modify it base on your order which is 0-10.

  Question 3: Re-copy the codes from your text editor and place it on your website page. If you don't have a website, then I am sorry, you cannot edit the Scale Rating to start with 0.

• Once yo change the order of the scale rating, copy again the code, and paste it into your web page where you would like to display it. Usually somewhere in the body section of your webpage and within tags.

  Are you using a website builder? All website builders have HTML widget where you can paste the code, please let us know, we will be glad to assist you.
